Policies
Check In Policy:   3pm(15:00) onwards on the day of arrival. Please advise us in advance if you intend arriving after 6pm (18:00).
Check Out Policy:   No later than 10.30am(10:30) on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy:   If you cancel 1 calendar month or more before date of arrival, we will refund all monies paid less a £15 administration fee for each room booked.

There is no charge for changing the date(s) of your stay if a room is available.

If you cancel 24 hours or more before 3pm check-in time, we will refund all monies paid less a £25 administration fee for each room booked.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before 3pm check-in time, we will refund all monies paid less the charge for the first night at the full one-night rate for each room booked.

All additional nights booked will be cancelled automatically in the case of no-show and/or no notification.

Please request a cancellation reference number in all cases.
Children:   Children only ages 16 or older.
Deposit Policy:   A 50% deposit is required to hold a booking, with the balance due at check-out. Full payment must be made at the time of booking for an arrival date within 7 days.
Pet Policy:   No pets are allowed.
Smoking Policy:   No. (Smoking is allowed outside only where ashtrys are provided.)
